What we do...

When a business sends a mailing domestically, they will often entrust the services of their national postal carrier. In the UK, that would be Royal Mail, or a downstream access provider, such as Whistl. BMS have contracts with these UK-based providers.

But when it comes to international mailing, and there are recipients in over 200 countries, choosing a single carrier is no longer an option.

Each country will have its postal carriers and it would be impossible to have the volumes required to have contracts with all of them. Even if you did, the extra work required would hardly be worth it.

That's where BMS come in. With our international carrier network, comprised of 80+ direct carrier contracts with postal offices all over the world, we help businesses distribute their mail worldwide.

IRIS, our award-winning technology, takes your mailing requirements, including countries, quantities, weight, and service level, and selects the most cost-effective routing. We'll provide you with a quote and help you mail the world.

How we do it...

You'll tell us your mailing volume, quantity and item weight. You'll also share your mailing requirements; whether that's speedy priority, cost-effective economy, or transparent fully tracked.

Next, our team will put those requirements into IRIS, and provide you with a quote based on the most cost-effective routing to send your mailing. Once accepted, your mail be delivered into BMS, where our skilled operations team will sort it into the relevant carriers zones.

After that, your mail will be exported, and injected into the relevant carrier's delivery network, before the final mile delivery is completed and your customer receives their mail.

If it's a UK mailing, whether business or advertising, our experienced team will use our contracts with Royal Mail and other DSA providers to ensure you receive the best combination of price and service level.

Once this is done, you will be able to access our pricing calculator, and create your first postcard campaign.

Upload Artwork

After you have selected your preferred postcard size, you can upload your finished artwork to our portal. You will be able to add personalisation, visualise the address zone, and get an idea of how the final piece will look.

Select Recipients

Once you are happy with your artwork, it's time to upload the addresses of your target audience. It's very important to make sure the address fields are mapped correctly, so make sure to double-check!

Launch Campaign

When your artwork and data is uploaded, you will be able to pay securely and we'll send you a confirmation email. From there, leave it to us to print, mail, and launch your campaign to your chosen audience.
